via graphics or text fields, to offering assistance with users' questions and support requests.
The result of a configuration is a turn-key or marketable product consisting of a number of individual parts.
Rules are defined to control the dependencies within the modules and components.
Users of a configurators are planners and product developers who receive support during the construction of
new installations and products, related to the specific problem or issue and the use of suitable
corresponding components or materials.
Purchasers use configurators to create and manage bid proposals.Product solutions can be quickly
found according to a customer's requirements and error-free price estimates can be made.Alternatively,
customers may configure the desired product themselves via the Internet and generate the correct order immediately.
For many years, ORISA has developed configurators for various areas of application.
Based on the requirements of our customers we develop configuration solutions on the SAP foundation,
with our own product CREALIS® or as a customized solution.
