The task:

DATSEC Data Security GmbH distributes anti-virus software of reputable manufacturers to traders and individual purchasers and provides anti-virus support.

Apart from license management, creating offers and accounting many contacts in support need to be managed.

Required was a system with short training periods, which was user-friendly thanks to unified handling and which could thus be adapted quickly. Moreover, DATSEC needed a flexible license management and customer contact management system to efficiently manage and use the amount of data and information in daily business.

The solution:

The liveLOOK CRM application module was adapted to the special requirements. It offers customer contact management, integrated license management and an offering and accounting system.
