The foun\u00adders of ORISA are from ZEISS and IBM. One of the first major orders for ORISA was a know\u00adledge-based solu\u00adti\u00adon for work plan gene\u00adra\u00adti\u00adon for ZEISS, which is still the heart of optics pro\u00adduc\u00adtion today.
