Individual software development is moving more and more into the background with the increase of standardised systems. In fact, however, the need for customised software should be considered in the same way as the demand for customised products. The use of a standard product or its adaptation is not always possible or economically reasonable. This applies to software as well as to any other high-quality capital good.<\/p>\n<\/div>

ORISA Software GmbH has gained considerable experience with the large number of successfully implemented projects concerning product configuration and CPQ, showing that customers require individual products and services tailored to their needs. The Building Technologies Division of Siemens Schweiz AG offers building automation, fire protection and security, heating, ventilation and air conditioning technology (HVAC) as well as energy management.<\/p>\n

ORISA Software GmbH realised the HVAC Integrated Tool (HIT) for Siemens. As a simple yet intelligent tool, HIT makes it possible to select and document any HVAC control unit through an intuitive sequence of work steps \u2014 whether as an individual product or in a system configuration.<\/p>\n<\/div><\/div><\/div>

Individual software solutions can be kept very lean in terms of usability and process execution, as they only map the necessary requirements. Standard systems sometimes come with a multitude of functions that are not necessary for their specific processes. However, these functions sometimes still expect data and input that overwhelm or even annoy the users. Furthermore, individually designed solutions are flexible for quick adaptations. Moreover, functions can be implemented that have not yet found their way into standard applications.<\/p>\n<\/div>

In addition to projects around the standard product CREALIS\u00ae in the area of CPQ and product configuration, ORISA Software GmbH also offers the development of individual solutions that are completely tailored to the needs and requirements of the customers. In doing so, the technical as well as the process- and user-related requirements are implemented on the basis of modern standardised frameworks and architectures.<\/p>\n

Another example of an individual configurator solution is the Porsche Car Configurator.<\/p>\n<\/div>
