Represented in 70 countries worldwide, the company\u2019s primary objective is the satisfaction of its customers. Numerous <\/span>new product developments and customised solutions have led <\/span>to growing complexity over the years. These product innovations led to a demand for an effective tool such as the product configurator CREALIS\u00ae for managing the wide variety of earthing and short-circuiting devices.<\/span><\/p>\n

DEHN chose the product configurator CREALIS\u00ae . The software solution offers an impressively user-friendly and intuitive interface and provides all of the required functionality as standard. This includes high-performance Internet use, integration in an online shop, connection to the existing ERP system as well as the central management of all product and model data, the relationships between options and components, the business data and all documents in the CREALIS\u00ae PDM system.<\/p>\n

Since the introduction of the product configurator CREALIS in 2011, the members of the sales team and customers are able to compile earthing and short-circuiting devices online in just a few steps. The configurator relieves the workload for sales and production and provides an excellent basis for future growth. Including the earthing and short-circuiting device configurator in an online shop allows the immediate transfer of data to an order. Alternatively, the configuration can be sent via e\u2011mail or printed out. The configurator allows the generation of high-quality documents in compliance with the company\u2019s CI guidelines. The configurator also provides graphical support by displaying dynamically generated product images. In addition, the configurator allows pre-configured variants to be offered as customised solutions.<\/p>\n<\/div><\/div><\/div>
