Fol\u00adlo\u00adwing the launch of the G3 gene\u00adra\u00adti\u00adon of Z\u00fcnd cut\u00adters, the com\u00adpa\u00adny iden\u00adti\u00adfied the need to impro\u00adve its sales pro\u00adcess by using a pro\u00adduct con\u00adfi\u00adgu\u00adra\u00adtor. The main objec\u00adti\u00adve of the con\u00adfi\u00adgu\u00adra\u00adtor was to opti\u00admi\u00adse the quo\u00adta\u00adti\u00adon, orde\u00adring and pro\u00adduc\u00adtion pro\u00adces\u00adses. The know\u00adledge base of the con\u00adfi\u00adgu\u00adra\u00adtor must include the pro\u00adduct vari\u00adants spe\u00adci\u00adfied by Z\u00fcnd and take into account the spe\u00adcial requi\u00adre\u00adments of dif\u00adfe\u00adrent mar\u00adkets. The con\u00adfi\u00adgu\u00adra\u00adtor must be available to the company\u2018s sale\u00ads\u00adpeo\u00adp\u00adle and dis\u00adtri\u00adbu\u00adtors over the inter\u00adnet.<\/p>\n<\/div><\/div><\/div>

THE PROCESS<\/h3><\/div>

In a three-day work\u00adshop, the rele\u00advant Z\u00fcnd employees had the oppor\u00adtu\u00adni\u00adty to beco\u00adme fami\u00adli\u00adar with the func\u00adtion\u00ada\u00adli\u00adty and para\u00addigms of the CREALIS\u00ae sys\u00adtem.<\/span><\/div>\n
ORISA cus\u00adto\u00admi\u00adzed the user inter\u00adface of the CREALIS\u00ae con\u00adfi\u00adgu\u00adra\u00adtor and the prin\u00adted docu\u00adments to meet the spe\u00adci\u00adfic requi\u00adre\u00adments of Z\u00fcnd. In addi\u00adti\u00adon to the quo\u00adta\u00adti\u00adon docu\u00adments, which have a fle\u00adxi\u00adble struc\u00adtu\u00adre, a pre-instal\u00adla\u00adti\u00adon gui\u00adde is available that is dyna\u00admi\u00adcal\u00adly gene\u00adra\u00adted with con\u00adtent based on the opti\u00adons sel\u00adec\u00adted. The inter\u00adface to the Sage ERP B7 sys\u00adtem\u00ae (Sage B\u00e4u\u00adrer), which was pro\u00adgrammed espe\u00adci\u00adal\u00adly for Z\u00fcnd, allows con\u00adfi\u00adgu\u00adra\u00adti\u00adon data to be trans\u00adfer\u00adred to the ERP sys\u00adtem effi\u00adci\u00adent\u00adly and cor\u00adrect\u00adly in the form of an order parts list.<\/span><\/div>\n
Just after three month the first ful\u00adly func\u00adtion\u00adal ver\u00adsi\u00adon of the con\u00adfi\u00adgu\u00adra\u00adtor was pre\u00adsen\u00adted online. During the pro\u00adduc\u00adtion pha\u00adse, a num\u00adber of users\u2018 requi\u00adre\u00adments were imple\u00admen\u00adted. The\u00adse included enhan\u00adcing the quo\u00adta\u00adti\u00adon gene\u00adra\u00adti\u00adon func\u00adtion and impro\u00adving the inter\u00adface design and the pro\u00adduct pre\u00adsen\u00adta\u00adti\u00adon. The suc\u00adcessful imple\u00admen\u00adta\u00adti\u00adon of the con\u00adfi\u00adgu\u00adra\u00adtor all over the world gave rise to the need for a cur\u00adren\u00adcy cal\u00adcu\u00adla\u00adtor as well as a new user-fri\u00adend\u00adly inter\u00adface tech\u00adno\u00adlo\u00adgy to crea\u00adte docu\u00adment tem\u00adpla\u00adtes. In order to keep the con\u00adfi\u00adgu\u00adra\u00adti\u00adon con\u00adsis\u00adtent, the available opti\u00adons depend on the set\u00adtings ente\u00adred in advan\u00adce.
