CREALIS\u00ae is the well-proven configuration system for manufacturers of variants in mechanical engineering, plant construction, and automobile industry as well as in automation and ancillary industries.<\/h3><\/span>

CREALIS\u00ae CPQ is the standard software from ORISA Software GmbH that fulfils all requirements for product configurators, quotation configurators and variant configurators. All functions of a CPQ application are fully supported with CREALIS\u00ae. This includes the configuration of any products in multi-level configuration models, the mapping of dependencies between the different levels of the configuration, pricing across the entire bill of materials and the creation of complex quotation documents including all necessary additional documents.<\/p>\n

Typical integration scenarios place CREALIS\u00ae CPQ as the central interface between the connected systems. CREALIS\u00ae CPQ can therefore be connected to various CRM systems such as Salesforce, SAP CRM, Microsoft Dynamics, etc. A sales employee starts the configuration from the CRM with a selected customer, configures the individual shopping basket and feeds the result back into the CRM system. This results in a seamless sales process. Whether the order process is then triggered from the CRM into the ERP or directly from CREALIS\u00ae CPQ depends on the process requirements of the respective application. If the existing CRM system is too unwieldy for sales or if the company is not yet using CRM, CREALIS\u00ae CRM offers an optimal solution for mapping the necessary sales views such as customer activities, opportunities and quotation tracking.<\/p>\n

The product configuration can be supplied with data from various systems such as ERP, PIM or CMS, whereby the principle of the single source of data is consistently taken into account. The data is managed centrally in the CREALIS\u00ae PDM product data management system, which is the upstream data interface for CREALIS\u00ae CPQ. CREALIS\u00ae PDM offers all the functions needed to maintain the structures required for the configuration of complex products and to enrich and optimise the data from the upstream systems. With CREALIS\u00ae CPQ, products and systems are configured in a modern, data-driven application that can be used on all devices based on a web browser and automatically provides layouts customised for the various mobile devices.<\/p>\n<\/div>
