More exer\u00adcise, healt\u00adhi\u00ader food \u2014 less stress, cof\u00adfee and nico\u00adti\u00adne.<\/p>\n<p>Par\u00adti\u00adcu\u00adlar\u00adly after the last, very spe\u00adcial year, health has moved to the top of this reso\u00adlu\u00adti\u00adon and wish list. But home office, home schoo\u00adling and home enter\u00adtain\u00adment do not make it easy.<\/p>\n<p>Tha\u00adt\u2019s why we at ORISA deci\u00added to hold a health week despi\u00adte the lock\u00addown and rest\u00adric\u00adtions \u2014 digi\u00adtal\u00adly, of cour\u00adse. AOK Plus was a gre\u00adat help and a strong part\u00adner in its orga\u00adni\u00adsa\u00adti\u00adon and imple\u00admen\u00adta\u00adti\u00adon.<\/p>\n<p>We kicked off on Mon\u00adday mor\u00adning with a short moti\u00adva\u00adtio\u00adnal speech by our Mana\u00adging Direc\u00adtor Mat\u00adthi\u00adas Schwuchow, who then sent us straight back to the couch with a cof\u00adfee and a book to get us rela\u00adxed for the day. By mid\u00adday, the peace and quiet was over. A very com\u00admit\u00adted trai\u00adner encou\u00adra\u00adged us to do all kinds of move\u00adment exer\u00adci\u00ads\u00ades, which made some of us sweat quite a bit after all that sit\u00adting down. The very next day, we were infor\u00admed about the phy\u00adsio\u00adlo\u00adgy and effects of stress during two work\u00adshops and given various tools to help us deal with it.<\/p>\n<p>A major issue, espe\u00adci\u00adal\u00adly in mobi\u00adle working, is ergo\u00adno\u00admics. What sounds dry at first was pre\u00adsen\u00adted to us very cle\u00adar\u00adly and dyna\u00admi\u00adcal\u00adly by an ergo\u00adno\u00admics coach on Wed\u00adnes\u00adday. Many small exer\u00adci\u00ads\u00ades and easy-to-imple\u00adment tips show\u00aded us that working ergo\u00adno\u00admic\u00adal\u00adly is not just pos\u00adsi\u00adble at your desk.<\/p>\n<p>Of cour\u00adse, rela\u00adxa\u00adti\u00adon should not be negle\u00adc\u00adted in all this.
