The ORISA phi\u00adlo\u00adso\u00adphy of deve\u00adlo\u00adping mana\u00adgers from the ranks of its own employees was suc\u00adcessful\u00adly imple\u00admen\u00adted. \u201cMat\u00adthi\u00adas Schwuchow has work\u00aded for the com\u00adpa\u00adny in various posi\u00adti\u00adons for over 20 years. He mana\u00adged the pro\u00adjects of Por\u00adsche, MAN, Toyo\u00adta and was most recent\u00adly respon\u00adsi\u00adble for deve\u00adlo\u00adp\u00adment as a who\u00adle. We are plea\u00adsed that we can initia\u00adte the gene\u00adra\u00adtio\u00adnal chan\u00adge at the top of ORISA with Mat\u00adthi\u00adas Schwuchow and wish him all the best for the start\u201d, explains Dr Georg Els\u00adner. The pre\u00advious mana\u00adging direc\u00adtor and com\u00adpa\u00adny co-foun\u00adder will initi\u00adal\u00adly con\u00adti\u00adnue to assist Mat\u00adthi\u00adas Schwuchow. In pre\u00adpa\u00adra\u00adti\u00adon for his reti\u00adre\u00adment, he would like to with\u00addraw from busi\u00adness bit by bit and con\u00adcen\u00adtra\u00adte on pro\u00admo\u00adting young sci\u00aden\u00adtists and his hono\u00adra\u00adry offices. Dr Els\u00adner is the\u00adr\u00ade\u00adfo\u00adre par\u00adti\u00adcu\u00adlar\u00adly plea\u00adsed that he has once again been appoin\u00adted to the sci\u00aden\u00adti\u00adfic advi\u00adso\u00adry board of the Facul\u00adty of Eco\u00adno\u00admics at Fried\u00adrich Schil\u00adler Uni\u00adver\u00adsi\u00adty Jena.<\/p>\n<\/div>
