Following the successful go-live in Germany and the USA in October 2018, the global market roll-out of the CPQ solution has been underway since December, guaranteeing seamless sales support (external\/internal).<\/p>\n

ZEISS in Jena has trusted ORISA\u2019s software solutions since 1991. In the area of optics service, ORISA developed software solutions for work preparation, tool management and the worker\u2019s workstation (as part of the Knowledge Integrated Manufacturing solution). In addition, the price list designer was developed in the SAP environment. This supports SAP users in the flexible creation and maintenance of price catalogues. The application was created in order to be able to create, update and send price lists on the basis of the price list data (incl. all language variants), which is completely maintained in SAP R\/3. At that time, the product configuration was done via IPC in SAP CRM.<\/p>\n

In 2017, ZEISS Medical Technology decided to replace the previous price list designer and at the same time introduce a web-based, stand-alone configuration tool. The solution should guarantee integration with SAP CRM as well as with salesforce.com and generate customer price information. ORISA implemented the web-based CPQ solution with its own brand CREALIS\u00ae, including its own PDM. Responsive web design supports use with laptop and mobile devices.<\/p>\n
