The year 2021 is almost over and it is time to take a look back. As in the pre\u00advious year, the ORISAns work\u00aded almost exclu\u00adsi\u00adve\u00adly from home this year. This did not stop us from brin\u00adging six new col\u00adle\u00adagues on board to streng\u00adthen our teams. With the new sup\u00adport, we were able to add new func\u00adtions to our stan\u00addard pro\u00adduct CREALIS\u00ae<\/a> and inspi\u00adre more cus\u00adto\u00admers with the qua\u00adli\u00adty of our pro\u00adduct con\u00adfi\u00adgu\u00adra\u00adti\u00adon ser\u00advices. Thus, ORISA also con\u00advin\u00adces with very good sales figu\u00adres in 2021 and looks opti\u00admi\u00adsti\u00adcal\u00adly into the next year.<\/p>\n<\/div><\/div><\/div><\/div><\/div>

Despi\u00adte the given cir\u00adcum\u00ads\u00adtances, we also found oppor\u00adtu\u00adni\u00adties to come tog\u00ade\u00adther digi\u00adtal\u00adly, whe\u00adther as the vir\u00adtu\u00adal orga\u00adnis\u00ader of the 38th BVMW Tech\u00adno\u00adclub<\/a> or as the host of our annu\u00adal CPQ-Day with the sup\u00adport of Haas Schleif\u00adma\u00adschi\u00adnen GmbH<\/a>. Even though the\u00adse for\u00admats are of cour\u00adse no sub\u00adsti\u00adtu\u00adte for per\u00adso\u00adnal cont\u00adact, we are thril\u00adled about the respon\u00adse we recei\u00adved from all sides!<\/p>\n

In order to find new employees in the future, we wel\u00adco\u00admed inte\u00adres\u00adted job see\u00adkers at the Job\u00adwalk in Jena in autumn and took care of the pro\u00admo\u00adti\u00adon of young talents during Thu\u00adrin\u00adgi\u00ada\u2019s Code Week at two pri\u00adma\u00adry schools.<\/p>\n<\/div><\/div><\/div><\/div><\/div>

Fur\u00adther\u00admo\u00adre ORISA is curr\u00adent\u00adly intro\u00addu\u00adcing a com\u00adpa\u00adny health manage\u00adment sys\u00adtem in coope\u00adra\u00adti\u00adon with AOK Plus, and throug\u00adhout the year the\u00adre were various acti\u00advi\u00adties such as a health week<\/a>, manage\u00adment and com\u00admu\u00adni\u00adca\u00adti\u00adon trai\u00adnings and a regu\u00adlar back trai\u00adning cour\u00adse.<\/p>\n
