Our intern Tom talks about his expe\u00adri\u00aden\u00adces at ORISA.<\/p>\n

In the cour\u00adse of my per\u00adson\u00adnel psy\u00adcho\u00adlo\u00adgy intern\u00adship at Ori\u00adsa Soft\u00adware GmbH, I had the oppor\u00adtu\u00adni\u00adty to gain insights into various aspects of occu\u00adpa\u00adtio\u00adnal health manage\u00adment. I work\u00aded along\u00adside Ms. Rehe as she hand\u00adled day-to-day tasks and orga\u00adni\u00adzed and plan\u00adned health-pro\u00admo\u00adting mea\u00adsu\u00adres. I par\u00adti\u00adcu\u00adlar\u00adly bene\u00adfi\u00adted from the expe\u00adri\u00adence I gai\u00adned rela\u00adted to the design of health cam\u00adpaigns and rese\u00adar\u00adching labour law regu\u00adla\u00adti\u00adons, as the\u00adse expan\u00added the wealth of know\u00adledge I had acqui\u00adred during my stu\u00addies through a refe\u00adrence to prac\u00adti\u00adcal appli\u00adca\u00adti\u00adons and their influence on work orga\u00adniza\u00adti\u00adon.<\/p>\n

During my intern\u00adship, I had the free\u00addom to choo\u00adse my own topics of inte\u00adrest. I was also given the oppor\u00adtu\u00adni\u00adty to work from home and orga\u00adni\u00adze my own working hours. This allo\u00adwed me to main\u00adtain a good work-life balan\u00adce while working and stu\u00addy\u00ading at the same time. This value of work-life balan\u00adce is also empha\u00adsi\u00adzed and actively prac\u00adti\u00adced by my col\u00adle\u00adagues and the com\u00adpany\u2019s manage\u00adment.<\/p>\n

Bes\u00adi\u00addes the expe\u00adri\u00adence I gai\u00adned, I will always remem\u00adber the plea\u00adsant working atmo\u00adsphe\u00adre and the col\u00adle\u00adgi\u00adal coope\u00adra\u00adti\u00adon. Right from the job inter\u00adview, I had the fee\u00adling of a fami\u00adli\u00adal atmo\u00adsphe\u00adre and when I star\u00adted work, ever\u00adyo\u00adne trea\u00adted me as an equal mem\u00adber of the team. In gene\u00adral, the cor\u00adpo\u00adra\u00adte cul\u00adtu\u00adre at ORISA is incre\u00addi\u00adbly posi\u00adti\u00adve, ever\u00adyo\u00adne helps each other out and the\u00adre is enthu\u00adsi\u00ada\u00adstic par\u00adti\u00adci\u00adpa\u00adti\u00adon in all health cam\u00adpaigns and team acti\u00advi\u00adties.<\/p>\n

All in all, I enjoy\u00aded my five months at Ori\u00adsa and I can only recom\u00admend an intern\u00adship here to anyo\u00adne inte\u00adres\u00adted in soft\u00adware deve\u00adlo\u00adp\u00adment.<\/p>\n
