Tra\u00addi\u00adtio\u00adnal\u00adly, the lead-up to Christ\u00admas Eve is fil\u00adled with ple\u00adnty of tre\u00adats, social gathe\u00adrings, and the hunt for gifts. It can be as joyful as it is exhaus\u00adting. At ORISA, we\u2019\u00adve come up with some\u00adthing spe\u00adcial for the pre-Christ\u00admas sea\u00adson to pro\u00admo\u00adte the well-being of our employees. Every day, we open a door of our ORISA advent calen\u00addar tog\u00ade\u00adther, reve\u00adal\u00ading health-pro\u00admo\u00adting acti\u00advi\u00adties and ide\u00adas. This is not only a crea\u00adti\u00adve and effec\u00adti\u00adve way to sup\u00adport each indi\u00advi\u00addual\u2019s health but also a col\u00adla\u00adbo\u00adra\u00adti\u00adve pro\u00adject that encou\u00adra\u00adges sha\u00adring expe\u00adri\u00aden\u00adces and streng\u00adthening team spi\u00adrit..<\/p>\n

Our calen\u00addar includes inspi\u00adring tasks such as acti\u00adve breaks to help us stay ener\u00adgi\u00adzed during our desk-bound work\u00addays, as well as simp\u00adle exer\u00adci\u00ads\u00ades that we can do right in the office to pre\u00advent ten\u00adsi\u00adon and reli\u00ade\u00adve back pain. It\u2019s not only about phy\u00adsi\u00adcal health; men\u00adtal and emo\u00adtio\u00adnal balan\u00adce is equal\u00adly important to us. Tha\u00adt\u2019s why our calen\u00addar also includes short mindful\u00adness exer\u00adci\u00ads\u00ades and medi\u00adta\u00adti\u00adons that help redu\u00adce stress and fos\u00adter inner calm. With phy\u00adsi\u00adcal exer\u00adci\u00ads\u00ades, tips for a healt\u00adhi\u00ader pos\u00adtu\u00adre, and inspi\u00adra\u00adti\u00adon for moments of rela\u00adxa\u00adti\u00adon, we aim to moti\u00adva\u00adte our employees to make con\u00adscious decis\u00adi\u00adons and rech\u00adar\u00adge for the work\u00adday.<\/p>\n

At the end of each task the\u00adre\u2019s an exci\u00adting puz\u00adzle to sol\u00adve \u2014 whe\u00adther it\u2019s a Nerd Quiz (Do you know which DC Comics super\u00adhe\u00adroi\u00adne hails from the island of The\u00admy\u00adsci\u00adra?), self \u2014 desi\u00adgned cross\u00adword puz\u00adzles, \u201cDru\u00addels\u201d (pic\u00adtu\u00adre puz\u00adzles), Sudo\u00adku, coding chal\u00adlenges, and more.
