We wel\u00adco\u00admed Mal\u00adte to our ORISA team in April 2024. For three months, he actively sup\u00adport\u00aded the are\u00adas of HR deve\u00adlo\u00adp\u00adment and occu\u00adpa\u00adtio\u00adnal health manage\u00adment. We are deligh\u00adted to be able to share his expe\u00adri\u00adence report on the insights he gai\u00adned into the world of work. Read here what he has to say about his time with us:<\/p>\n

As part of my psy\u00adcho\u00adlo\u00adgy degree, I com\u00adple\u00adted an intern\u00adship at ORISA Soft\u00adware GmbH for around three months. Not only did I gain a wide ran\u00adge of expe\u00adri\u00adence in the field of occu\u00adpa\u00adtio\u00adnal health manage\u00adment and health and safe\u00adty. I also got to know the various facets and gene\u00adra\u00adlist acti\u00advi\u00adties that are requi\u00adred of occu\u00adpa\u00adtio\u00adnal psy\u00adcho\u00adlo\u00adgists in a medi\u00adum-sized com\u00adpa\u00adny. I work\u00aded along\u00adside Ms. Rehe as she work\u00aded on day-to-day tasks and orga\u00adni\u00adzed appli\u00adca\u00adti\u00adon pro\u00adces\u00adses. From taking part in health and safe\u00adty mee\u00adtings and plan\u00adning occu\u00adpa\u00adtio\u00adnal health and safe\u00adty mea\u00adsu\u00adres, I was able to gain many impres\u00adsi\u00adons.<\/p>\n

I had a lot of free\u00addom during my intern\u00adship. This rela\u00adted not only to the place of work and working hours, but also to the work tasks. I real\u00adly app\u00adre\u00adcia\u00adted the fact that I was able to take on tasks that I was inte\u00adres\u00adted in and whe\u00adre I saw a need. For exam\u00adp\u00adle, I was able to fur\u00adther deve\u00adlop the skills I had acqui\u00adred in a trai\u00adning cour\u00adse to beco\u00adme a trai\u00adner direct\u00adly in two work\u00adshops at the com\u00adpa\u00adny. I was given a lot of crea\u00adti\u00adve free\u00addom wit\u00adhout being left to my own devices.<\/p>\n

All in all, the three months at ORISA hel\u00adped me pro\u00adgress, and I was able to gain valuable expe\u00adri\u00adence. In addi\u00adti\u00adon, by par\u00adti\u00adci\u00adpa\u00adting in com\u00adpa\u00adny events, I imme\u00addia\u00adte\u00adly had the fee\u00adling of being part of the com\u00adpa\u00adny. Ever\u00adyo\u00adne was open and fri\u00adend\u00adly, and I will always remem\u00adber the plea\u00adsant working atmo\u00adsphe\u00adre, the col\u00adle\u00adgi\u00adal coope\u00adra\u00adti\u00adon and the posi\u00adti\u00adve cor\u00adpo\u00adra\u00adte cul\u00adtu\u00adre.<\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n
