Today and every day we cele\u00adbra\u00adte the incre\u00addi\u00adble glo\u00adbal con\u00adtri\u00adbu\u00adti\u00adons of women around the world.<\/p>\n

The latest figu\u00adres from a Bit\u00adkom sur\u00advey on women in the ICT sec\u00adtor in 2023 speak a clear lan\u00adguage: the pro\u00adpor\u00adti\u00adon of women among IT pro\u00adfes\u00adsio\u00adnals in tech\u00adno\u00adlo\u00adgy and tele\u00adcom\u00admu\u00adni\u00adca\u00adti\u00adons com\u00adpa\u00adnies is only 5%, while the over\u00adall pro\u00adpor\u00adti\u00adon of women in the ICT sec\u00adtor in 2023 is 15% on avera\u00adge. The\u00adse figu\u00adres high\u00adlight the exis\u00adting chall\u00adenge and the importance of encou\u00adra\u00adging the par\u00adti\u00adci\u00adpa\u00adti\u00adon of women in the\u00adse fields. At ORISA, we reco\u00adgni\u00adze the important role that women play in sha\u00adping the future of tech\u00adno\u00adlo\u00adgy. That is why we are not only proud of the almost 40% quo\u00adta of women in our com\u00adpa\u00adny, we take it for gran\u00adted.<\/p>\n

On this day, we would like to high\u00adlight a long-stan\u00adding employee who has made an inspi\u00adring jour\u00adney from soft\u00adware deve\u00adlo\u00adper to pro\u00adject and team lea\u00adder at ORISA sin\u00adce 2008. Kat\u00adrin Rudolf is a living exam\u00adp\u00adle of com\u00admit\u00adment, talent and per\u00adse\u00adver\u00adance. Her deve\u00adlo\u00adp\u00adment reflects how women can flou\u00adrish in the tech indus\u00adtry when given the oppor\u00adtu\u00adni\u00adty to reach their full poten\u00adti\u00adal. In her own words, Kat\u00adrin Rudolf empha\u00adsi\u00adzes that the dyna\u00admics in the male-domi\u00adna\u00adted IT indus\u00adtry have chan\u00adged. She firm\u00adly belie\u00adves that the real obs\u00adta\u00adcle is not the lack of accep\u00adtance of women in the tech world, but rather the lack of inte\u00adrest among young women to choo\u00adse a care\u00ader in tech\u00adno\u00adlo\u00adgy. Moti\u00adva\u00adti\u00adon and fema\u00adle role models in lea\u00adder\u00adship posi\u00adti\u00adons are requi\u00adred to show women from an ear\u00adly age that tech\u00adni\u00adcal care\u00aders are not only pos\u00adsi\u00adble, but exci\u00adting, diver\u00adse and full of oppor\u00adtu\u00adni\u00adties.<\/p>\n

Tha\u00adt\u2019s why we not only want to cele\u00adbra\u00adte the achie\u00adve\u00adments of our fema\u00adle employees, but also actively encou\u00adra\u00adge women to take their place in the IT indus\u00adtry to help shape the future of tech\u00adno\u00adlo\u00adgy.<\/p>\n
