The \u201cJena Pri\u00adze for Civil Cou\u00adra\u00adge\u201d is being award\u00aded for the 23rd time this year and has a long histo\u00adry of reco\u00adgni\u00adzing cou\u00adra\u00adge\u00adous peo\u00adp\u00adle who have shown civil cou\u00adra\u00adge. The aim of this award is to bring civil cou\u00adra\u00adge into the public eye, to encou\u00adra\u00adge peo\u00adp\u00adle to reflect and to rethink their own actions. The cen\u00adtral ques\u00adti\u00adon remains: What does moral cou\u00adra\u00adge mean to me?<\/p>\n

We are the\u00adr\u00ade\u00adfo\u00adre deligh\u00adted that ORISA is once again sup\u00adport\u00ading the Jena Pri\u00adze for Civil Cou\u00adra\u00adge this year! In the midst of chal\u00adlen\u00adging times, we would like to help empha\u00adsi\u00adze the posi\u00adti\u00adve in our socie\u00adty by spon\u00adso\u00adring this award. ORI\u00adSA\u2019s leit\u00admo\u00adtif \u2014 \u201cInno\u00adva\u00adti\u00adon through con\u00adfi\u00adgu\u00adra\u00adti\u00adon\u201d \u2014 stands for the idea that pro\u00adgress is not only based on tech\u00adno\u00adlo\u00adgi\u00adcal deve\u00adlo\u00adp\u00adments, but also on the intel\u00adli\u00adgent adapt\u00ada\u00adti\u00adon of exis\u00adting resour\u00adces, ide\u00adas and values. Civil cou\u00adra\u00adge also often requi\u00adres adapt\u00ada\u00adti\u00adon and the wil\u00adling\u00adness to go against exis\u00adting norms and inju\u00ads\u00adti\u00adces, even if this can be uncom\u00adfor\u00adta\u00adble or chal\u00adlen\u00adging.<\/p>\n
