Pri\u00adde Month com\u00adme\u00admo\u00adra\u00adtes the 1969 Stone\u00adwall riots in New York, whe\u00adre mem\u00adbers of the LGBTQIA+ com\u00admu\u00adni\u00adty stood up against poli\u00adce vio\u00adlence and dis\u00adcri\u00admi\u00adna\u00adti\u00adon. The\u00adse events mark\u00aded the begin\u00adning of the modern move\u00adment for que\u00ader rights and laid the foun\u00adda\u00adti\u00adon for today\u2019s cele\u00adbra\u00adti\u00adons.<\/span><\/p>\n<p>For us, Pri\u00adde Month is an impe\u00adtus to get invol\u00adved and rai\u00adse awa\u00adre\u00adness of the importance of equa\u00adli\u00adty and accep\u00adtance, as well as to show sup\u00adport and soli\u00adda\u00adri\u00adty. <span style=\"background-color: rgba(255, 255, 255, 0); color: var(--body_typography-color); font-family: var(--body_typography-font-family); font-size: var(--body_typography-font-size); font-style: var(--body_typography-font-style,normal); font-weight: var(--body_typography-font-weight); letter-spacing: var(--body_typography-letter-spacing);\">At ORISA, we live an inclu\u00adsi\u00adve cor\u00adpo\u00adra\u00adte cul\u00adtu\u00adre that values diver\u00adsi\u00adty. When all employees feel seen, accept\u00aded and sup\u00adport\u00aded, a posi\u00adti\u00adve and open-min\u00added working atmo\u00adsphe\u00adre is crea\u00adted. Diver\u00adse teams bring dif\u00adfe\u00adrent per\u00adspec\u00adti\u00adves and ide\u00adas to the table, which pro\u00admo\u00adtes inno\u00adva\u00adti\u00adon and bet\u00adter pro\u00adblem-sol\u00adving.<\/span><\/p>\n<p>By making our logo colourful, we want to demons\u00adtra\u00adte our sup\u00adport for the LGBTQIA+ com\u00admu\u00adni\u00adty. We want to show that we respect the rights and digni\u00adty of all peo\u00adp\u00adle, regard\u00adless of their sexu\u00adal ori\u00aden\u00adta\u00adti\u00adon or gen\u00adder iden\u00adti\u00adty. It is important for us to crea\u00adte an envi\u00adron\u00adment in which ever\u00adyo\u00adne feels valued and respec\u00adted.<\/p>\n<p>At the last fami\u00adly sum\u00admer par\u00adty, many hard-working hands crea\u00adted a lar\u00adge, colourful map of Thu\u00adrin\u00adgia as part of the \u201c<a href=\"https:\/\/thueringen-weltoffen.de\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">Welt\u00adof\u00adfe\u00adnes Th\u00fc\u00adrin\u00adgen<\/a> \/ Welt\u00adof\u00adfe\u00adnes ORISA\u201d initia\u00adti\u00adve. Pain\u00adting tog\u00ade\u00adther was not only a lot of fun, we also wan\u00adted to send out a signal in favour of diver\u00adsi\u00adty, tole\u00adrance and open\u00adness. Our joint\u00adly desi\u00adgned map sym\u00adbo\u00adli\u00adses how colourful and diver\u00adse our sta\u00adte is \u2014 and hop\u00adeful\u00adly will remain.<\/p>\n<p>With our colourful logo, we want to draw atten\u00adti\u00adon to the issues and chal\u00adlenges that the LGBTQIA+ com\u00admu\u00adni\u00adty faces on a dai\u00adly basis. Our aim is to com\u00adbat dis\u00adcri\u00admi\u00adna\u00adti\u00adon and pre\u00adju\u00addi\u00adce and pro\u00admo\u00adte a more inclu\u00adsi\u00adve socie\u00adty. Ever\u00adyo\u00adne should have the oppor\u00adtu\u00adni\u00adty to live and work in an envi\u00adron\u00adment that is free from fear and pre\u00adju\u00addi\u00adce. Our decis\u00adi\u00adon to chan\u00adge the logo may be a small ges\u00adtu\u00adre to some, but it is part of a lar\u00adger move\u00adment. Every sign of sup\u00adport, every colourful logo, every post on social media helps to spread the mes\u00adsa\u00adge of accep\u00adtance and equa\u00adli\u00adty. It is the\u00adse coll\u00adec\u00adti\u00adve efforts that lead to real social chan\u00adge in the long run.<\/p>\n<p>At ORISA, we want to actively con\u00adtri\u00adbu\u00adte to a socie\u00adty whe\u00adre ever\u00adyo\u00adne can live wit\u00adhout fear of dis\u00adcri\u00admi\u00adna\u00adti\u00adon.
