On Sep\u00adtem\u00adber 26, 2024, we cele\u00adbra\u00adted our 30th anni\u00adver\u00adsa\u00adry \u2014 a tru\u00adly spe\u00adcial mile\u00adstone for us, which we toas\u00adted with a big cele\u00adbra\u00adti\u00adon tog\u00ade\u00adther with employees and exter\u00adnal guests.<\/p>\n

We look back on an inspi\u00adring evening full of memo\u00adries, encoun\u00adters and exci\u00adting pro\u00ads\u00adpects for the future. In the uni\u00adque atmo\u00adsphe\u00adre of the IMAGINATA sci\u00adence cen\u00adter in Jena, we wel\u00adco\u00admed around 150 guests, inclu\u00adding repre\u00adsen\u00adta\u00adti\u00adves of the city of Jena, long-stan\u00adding part\u00adners and cus\u00adto\u00admers, inclu\u00adding Faul\u00adha\u00adber GmbH & Co. KG, Sie\u00admens Switz\u00ader\u00adland<\/a>, LAMILUX, Ever\u00adl\u00adlence (for\u00admer MAN Ener\u00adgy Solu\u00adti\u00adons), Por\u00adsche AG and ZEISS<\/a>. Tog\u00ade\u00adther, we loo\u00adked back on thir\u00adty years of ORISA, shared memo\u00adries and took a look into the future of the soft\u00adware indus\u00adtry.<\/p>\n<\/div><\/div><\/div>

An unfor\u00adgettable evening<\/h4>\n

The cele\u00adbra\u00adti\u00adon began with a warm speech by our Mana\u00adging Direc\u00adtor Mat\u00adthi\u00adas Schwuchow, who ans\u00adwe\u00adred ques\u00adti\u00adons such as what \u201cO\u2011R-I-S\u2011A\u201d actual\u00adly stands for. From the hum\u00adble begin\u00adnings in 1994, when ORISA Soft\u00adware GmbH was born, to the renow\u00adned cus\u00adto\u00admers we ser\u00adve today, a lot has hap\u00adpen\u00aded. Wit\u00adhout the visi\u00adon of our late foun\u00adders Rein\u00adhardt Beh\u00adrendt and Die\u00adter Schu\u00adma\u00adcher and our co-foun\u00adder Dr. Peter Ficht\u00adner, we would not be whe\u00adre we are today. And, of cour\u00adse, our for\u00admer, long-stan\u00adding Mana\u00adging Direc\u00adtor and co-foun\u00adder Georg Els\u00adner was not to be missed, who brought the deve\u00adlo\u00adp\u00adment of our com\u00adpa\u00adny to life once again on stage with his humor and sto\u00adries from ORI\u00adSA\u2019s begin\u00adnings.<\/p>\n

A very spe\u00adcial moment was the reco\u00adgni\u00adti\u00adon of our long-stan\u00adding col\u00adle\u00adague Ralf Hoh\u00admann, who has been an inte\u00adgral part of the ORISA fami\u00adly for 30 years now. His long-stan\u00adding con\u00adnec\u00adtion with the com\u00adpa\u00adny and his com\u00admit\u00adment from the begin\u00adning shows how stron\u00adgly our team is moti\u00adva\u00adted by trust, cohe\u00adsi\u00adon and a fami\u00adly atmo\u00adsphe\u00adre. In his speech, Jena\u00ad\u2019s Lord Mayor Dr. Tho\u00admas Nitz\u00adsche par\u00adti\u00adcu\u00adlar\u00adly high\u00adligh\u00adted ORI\u00adSA\u2019s com\u00admit\u00adment to socie\u00adty and its fami\u00adly-fri\u00adend\u00adly approach. Fle\u00adxi\u00adble working hours, mobi\u00adle working and a fami\u00adly-fri\u00adend\u00adly cor\u00adpo\u00adra\u00adte cul\u00adtu\u00adre are not just buz\u00adzwords for us, but inte\u00adgral parts of our dai\u00adly work. The\u00adse values help us to make it easier for our employees to achie\u00adve a good work-life balan\u00adce. The initia\u00adti\u00adves sup\u00adport\u00aded by ORISA to pro\u00admo\u00adte young talent, such as \u201cCode\u00adWeek\u201d and \u201cGir\u00adl\u2019s Day\u201d, were also men\u00adtio\u00adned posi\u00adtively. Of cour\u00adse, the infa\u00admous ORISA nerd quiz, a modi\u00adfied ver\u00adsi\u00adon of the pub quiz and a very popu\u00adlar com\u00adpa\u00adny tra\u00addi\u00adti\u00adon that has alre\u00ada\u00addy cau\u00adsed many asto\u00adnis\u00adhed \u201caha\u201d moments, was not to be missed that evening. Each table, at which a colorful mix of ORI\u00adSAn\u00aders, part\u00adners and cus\u00adto\u00admers sat, was given a ques\u00adti\u00adon\u00adn\u00adaire and then the puz\u00adzles were dili\u00adgent\u00adly ans\u00adwe\u00adred. Would you know off the top of your head whe\u00adre you can find \u201cfee\u00adler warts\u201d in the office or which food does\u00adn\u2019t have an emo\u00adji? The attempt to mark the last ORISA HQ on the map of Jena befo\u00adre the move to Hum\u00adboldt\u00adstra\u00ad\u00dfe cau\u00adsed a few laughs, becau\u00adse \u2014 spoi\u00adler \u2014 cir\u00adcling the who\u00adle of Jena did\u00adn\u2019t count.<\/p>\n

Our sales mana\u00adger Kay took over as quiz\u00admas\u00adter and led the ques\u00adti\u00adons with a lot of humor. After the storm on the buf\u00adfet, the ans\u00adwers were eva\u00adlua\u00adted and the win\u00adners announ\u00adced to loud applau\u00adse. The table with the most cor\u00adrect ans\u00adwers was reward\u00aded with cho\u00adco\u00adla\u00adtes and eter\u00adnal honor and glo\u00adry.<\/p>\n

In addi\u00adti\u00adon to explo\u00adring the IMAGINATA \u201cSta\u00adti\u00adon Park\u201d, an expe\u00adri\u00admen\u00adta\u00adri\u00adum for the sen\u00adses, which invi\u00adted our guests to explo\u00adre with over 100 inter\u00adac\u00adti\u00adve exhi\u00adbits from the fields of mathe\u00adma\u00adtics, phy\u00adsics, tech\u00adno\u00adlo\u00adgy and bio\u00adlo\u00adgy, they were also able to admi\u00adre Mal\u00adcom Brooks\u2019 tem\u00adpo\u00adra\u00adry exhi\u00adbi\u00adti\u00adon \u201cThe Won\u00adderful World of Auto\u00adma\u00adta\u201d. Ano\u00adther high\u00adlight of the evening was the arti\u00adstry and jugg\u00adling shows by the Jena arti\u00adstry trou\u00adpe Tole\u00addos<\/a>. Impres\u00adsi\u00adve gym\u00adnastic cho\u00adreo\u00adgra\u00adphies, whir\u00adling light clubs and the fit\u00adting back\u00adground music crea\u00adted a spe\u00adcial atmo\u00adsphe\u00adre and ama\u00adzed the audi\u00adence. The lovin\u00adg\u00adly pre\u00adpared buf\u00adfet also left not\u00adhing to be desi\u00adred. The\u00adre was ple\u00adnty of eating, laug\u00adhing, dancing and par\u00adty\u00ading \u2014 the per\u00adfect mix for an unfor\u00adgettable evening.<\/p>\n<\/div><\/div><\/div>

ORISA is always stri\u00adving to deve\u00adlop fur\u00adther and dri\u00adve new inno\u00adva\u00adtions \u2014 espe\u00adci\u00adal\u00adly in the field of arti\u00adfi\u00adci\u00adal intel\u00adli\u00adgence. Our goal is to make our soft\u00adware solu\u00adti\u00adons even smar\u00adter and more effi\u00adci\u00adent in order to offer cus\u00adto\u00admers the best pro\u00adducts. We look for\u00adward to working clo\u00adse\u00adly with our cus\u00adto\u00admers and part\u00adners to dis\u00adco\u00adver new oppor\u00adtu\u00adni\u00adties and rea\u00adli\u00adse exci\u00adting pro\u00adjects tog\u00ade\u00adther. The exch\u00adan\u00adge of ide\u00adas and expe\u00adri\u00aden\u00adces will con\u00adti\u00adnue to be cru\u00adcial in the future in order to actively shape digi\u00adtal chan\u00adge and deve\u00adlop the best solu\u00adti\u00adons for the chal\u00adlenges of tomor\u00adrow.<\/p>\n
