They expe\u00adri\u00adence that com\u00adpe\u00adtence counts \u2014 not gen\u00adder, ori\u00adgin or marital sta\u00adtus. But how does this mani\u00adfest its\u00adelf in ever\u00ady\u00adday working life? We asked our col\u00adle\u00adagues:<\/p>\n<p>When dif\u00adfe\u00adrent per\u00adspec\u00adti\u00adves come tog\u00ade\u00adther, more sus\u00adtainable and inno\u00adva\u00adti\u00adve solu\u00adti\u00adons are crea\u00adted. Annett, Team Lea\u00adder of the CREALIS\u00ae Ser\u00advice Team, regu\u00adlar\u00adly expe\u00adri\u00aden\u00adces this: \u201c<em>We bene\u00adfit enorm\u00adously from brin\u00adging tog\u00ade\u00adther dif\u00adfe\u00adrent approa\u00adches and expe\u00adri\u00aden\u00adces. Don\u2019t play a role here.<\/h3><span class=\"awb-title-spacer\"><\/span><div class=\"title-sep-container title-sep-container-right\"><div class=\"title-sep sep- sep-solid\" style=\"border-color:#e2e2e2;\"><\/div><\/div><\/div><div class=\"fusion-text fusion-text-2\"><p style=\"text-align: justify;\">While women still have to con\u00adt\u00adend with pre\u00adju\u00addi\u00adces in many tech\u00adni\u00adcal pro\u00adfes\u00adsi\u00adons, this is a thing of the past at ORISA. Here, women do not have to pro\u00adve their com\u00adpe\u00adtence first \u2014 they are trus\u00adted from the out\u00adset. Fema\u00adle manage\u00adment posi\u00adti\u00adons are not an excep\u00adti\u00adon, but the norm. Vir\u00adgi\u00adnia, a dual stu\u00addent, quick\u00adly rea\u00adli\u00adzed this: \u201c<em>I\u2019ve never had the fee\u00adling that dif\u00adfe\u00adren\u00adces are made bet\u00adween men and women here. During her stu\u00addies, she was often one of only a few women in lec\u00adtures, and the\u00adre were hard\u00adly any fema\u00adle role models. It was all the more signi\u00adfi\u00adcant for her when she expe\u00adri\u00aden\u00adced a woman in a tech\u00adni\u00adcal manage\u00adment role at ORISA who was not only reco\u00adgni\u00adzed, but was also a mother: \u201c<em>Until then, I had thought that I had to choo\u00adse eit\u00adher a care\u00ader or a fami\u00adly. At ORISA, I saw for the first time that both are pos\u00adsi\u00adble.<\/em>\u201d Vitto\u00adria, Pro\u00adject Mana\u00adger, also con\u00adfirms that nobo\u00addy is pige\u00adon\u00adho\u00adled here: \u201c<em>We are seen for our strengths \u2014 regard\u00adless of gen\u00adder.<\/em>\u201d This is exact\u00adly what makes our com\u00adpa\u00adny strong. It\u2019s not about con\u00adforming to cer\u00adtain role models, but about being per\u00adcei\u00adved as an indi\u00advi\u00addu\u00adal with your own abili\u00adties. Annett expe\u00adri\u00aden\u00adces this every day: <em>\u201cMy working day regu\u00adlar\u00adly ends at half past three, then I pick up my child \u2014 wit\u00adhout fee\u00adling guil\u00adty. That feels natu\u00adral.\u201d<\/em><br>\nAnd this open\u00adness appli\u00ades to all par\u00adents, not just mothers. Fathers can also com\u00adbi\u00adne fami\u00adly and job fle\u00adxi\u00adbly here. \u201c<em>It\u2019s abso\u00adlut\u00ade\u00adly no pro\u00adblem for fathers to take paren\u00adtal lea\u00adve for lon\u00adger than two months or to work part-time. ORISA does not adhe\u00adre to tra\u00addi\u00adtio\u00adnal role models,<\/em>\u201d says Mat\u00adthi\u00adas, deve\u00adlo\u00adper. Vitto\u00adria has had simi\u00adlar expe\u00adri\u00aden\u00adces: \u201c<em>I was able to work part-time for seve\u00adral months for fami\u00adly and aca\u00adde\u00admic reasons. But abo\u00adve all, it is the day-to-day coope\u00adra\u00adti\u00adon that makes the decisi\u00adve dif\u00adfe\u00adrence. \u201c<em>ORISA is more than just a work\u00adplace for me.
