When our boss unpacks the colorful juggling balls and clubs, you know it’s that time again — March is Health Month. As part of this campaign, we at ORISA have organized a variety of workshops and offers to promote the well-being of our employees and have fun at the same time!

From mindful meditation and informative ergonomics training to active exercise sessions, many exciting workshops and coaching sessions were offered to help our employees optimise their daily work routine in a health-promoting way.

  • Meditation — ideal for reducing stress, improving concentration and promoting mental health and inner peace

  • Juggling workshop — training perception, improving hand-eye coordination, active movement, improving blood circulation and thus oxygen supply, reducing stress hormones

  • Life Kinetics — increasing attention, concentration and coordination by combining perceptual tasks with cognitive challenges and unusual movement

  • Ikebana (Japanese flower arranging art) — creative design and creation promotes mindfulness, leads to greater serenity, balance and resilience

  • Ergonomics coaching — holistic improvement of back health through a healthy VDU workstation and the correct use of breaks, raising awareness of problems, strengthening personal responsibility and increasing confidence in one’s own effectiveness

Health Month was an opportunity for our team to take time to reflect on our strategies to maintain and promote our own health, develop new habits and learn about resources to help us feel better and fitter both physically and mentally. We firmly believe that a healthy workforce is the backbone of a successful organisation and we are proud to support our team on this journey. Raising awareness of problems, strengthening personal responsibility and increasing conviction in one’s own effectiveness — these measures lead to increased job satisfaction and a holistic improvement in one’s own well-being in the long term!

Special thanks go to our WHM team, who organized and ran these workshops, as well as to all colleagues who actively contributed and took part! 👏
