Last Saturday, we attended Germany's largest outdoor job and career fair in Jena - the Jobwalk. The search for new talent is great fun with exciting conversations in a relaxed atmosphere in the open air.
Pride Month or why our logo is suddenly rainbow-coloured
Every year in June, Pride Month is celebrated worldwide. For us at ORISA, it is a matter close to our hearts to present our logo in the colours of the rainbow during this month. But why are we doing this? And what does Pride Month mean to us and our corporate culture?

Yesterday we swapped the usual office atmosphere for fresh air at the boathouse in Jena and spent our annual team day there - an event that we will remember for a long time to come.
